How to Use the Grill
Clean the Grill
Assemble - Grill on Top, Drip Tray in the Middle, Base on Bottom
Place on Stove and Center over Burner
Put Thermometer on grill surface and heat to 350 F
Place food on grill
Meat of any kind:
make ¾” thick
grill 3 minutes, turn clockwise 30 degrees
Grill 3 more minutes. Flip meat over, and then same 3 minutes then 3 minutes.
Done to medium level
Veggies and Fruit
make 3/8” thick
grill 4 minutes, turn clockwise 30 degrees
Grill 4 more minutes. Flip meat over, and then same 4 minutes then 4 minutes.
Keep Drip Tray Clean-- Fat equals Smoke. Lean is Best. If you cook fatty food, expect smoke
When done grilling, turn off fire and let cool
When cool, place in sink and soak for 10 minutes with hot soapy water
After soaking, use dish brush to wash away debris. Rinse clean with water. Put in dish rack to dry
