Meet The Inventor

Stephen Coutts, inventor, and engineer developed the idea for his cookware one summer when the scent of grilled food would waft through the open window of his second-floor condominium. Without a patio to do his own grilling, Stephen was determined to develop a way to grill food indoors with the same principles of outdoor grilling and without excessive smoke. Unsatisfied with the results from available products, Stephen pushed forward with a new design. After 5 years of dedicated research, design, and testing, Stephen's Stovetop BBQ was born — a premium grilling tool for the modern chef.
