Are you a home Gourmet Chef? Do you have a Viking, or Wolf stove or any other high quality gas stove? If yes, then this stovetop grill for you. The Gourmet Grill utilizes the same grill plate, drip tray and heat transfer as the standard grill. The difference is the base. The Gourmet Grill's base flairs outward, thereby allowing more heat from a larger flame diameter. The base diameter is 11.75", and has a sturdy 5 mm wall thickness.
In summary, same technology, just a larger flared out base for bigger gas burners.

Red enamel on the cast iron base is beautiful. The enameled cast iron grill is the perfect balance of beauty and grilling performance for your kitchen. It can handle any heat you want. Ruth Chris char-raw or a slow roast. My favorite temperature is 425. This temperature creates a fantastic dinner. Outstanding grill marks and with that wonderful bbq flavor of direct flame grilling. How to Use the Grill
Clean the Grill
Assemble - Grill on Top, Drip Tray in the Middle, Base on Bottom
Place on Stove and Center over Burner
Put Thermometer on grill surface and heat to 350 F
Place food on grill
Meat of any kind:
make ¾” thick
grill 3 minutes, turn clockwise 30 degrees
Grill 3 more minutes. Flip meat over, and then same 3 minutes then 3 minutes.
Done to medium level
Veggies and Fruit
make 3/8” thick
grill 4 minutes, turn clockwise 30 degrees
Grill 4 more minutes. Flip meat over, and then same 4 minutes then 4 minutes.
Keep Drip Tray Clean-- Fat equals Smoke. Lean is Best. If you cook fatty food, expect smoke
When done grilling, turn off fire and let cool
When cool, place in sink and soak for 10 minutes with hot soapy water
After soaking, use dish brush to wash away debris. Rinse clean with water. Put in dish rack to dry
Always Maintain 350 degrees F
This is very important.

Accessories
This lid properly fits the grill. The dome holds the heat back yet sized to fit over the grill and rest on the drip tray. This will aid in heat retention and a small amount of air flow that is required for proper barbecuing. This lid will fit any of 4 grills.
The accessory pack is specifically picked for the grill. The lid is sized to fit over the grill plate and rest on the drip tray. It holds the heat back, but does not stop the heated air flow that is critical for barbecuing. The tongs are quality 9" stainless with high temperature silicon tips to protect the grill surface. A dish brush to help clean up.
